Agreement

By accessing aresto.ai, using Aresto applications or cloud services, or purchasing an Aresto device, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, applications, services, or products. "Aresto" refers to the Aresto device, Aresto OS, and related services made by Mystro Analytics, Inc.

Connected services and agents

You may choose to connect third-party services, including Google Workspace, and ask Aresto agents to work with the data in those services. You authorize Aresto to access and process that data only within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect a service or revoke its authorization at any time.

• You are responsible for reviewing agent output and confirming that recipients, dates, times, and other important details are correct.
• Aresto may require your approval before an email, invitation, or other external action is completed.
• AI-generated summaries, drafts, and recommendations can be incomplete or wrong and are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
• Your use of a connected service remains subject to that provider's own terms.

Products and services

Aresto is a personal AI computer shipped with Aresto OS pre-installed. When you purchase an Aresto device:

• You own the hardware. There is no subscription required to use your device.
• Aresto OS is included with the device. Software updates are provided free of charge via OTA updates.
• Local AI features (model inference, agents, terminal) require no cloud connection and no recurring fees.
• Optional cloud features are separate, pay-as-you-go services that you can enable or disable at any time.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders reserve a unit in our production queue. By placing a pre-order:

• You are reserving a unit, not purchasing a finished product.
• Estimated shipping dates are targets, not guarantees. Production timelines may change.
• You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your unit ships and receive a full refund.
• We will notify you before charging and before shipping.

Acceptable use

Aresto is your device and you control what runs on it. However, you agree not to use our website or services to:

• Submit false information in orders or contact forms.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our website or services.
• Resell devices at inflated prices during limited availability periods (we reserve the right to cancel such orders).

Intellectual property

Aresto, Aresto OS, and all associated branding, designs, and software are the property of Mystro Analytics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our software, branding, or website content without written permission.

Warranty

Aresto devices are covered by a one-year limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or environmental factors. Software is provided "as is" with regular updates.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystro Analytics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Aresto products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
